Comments:
was nervous for the workout because my left hip flexor area has been getting tight on my last few runs, most likely related to my knee ive had problems with before. It didnt seem to get too tight during the workout but it prevented me from trying to run faster in the tempo the last 2 laps. Ill just start taping it and rolling out again.felt nice to be back on the track!
