Giles+treadmill analysis

Comments:
We had a shorter run then went into stations at the Highschool. First we headed out towards Giles going a very quick pace. We got to Giles and it was covered in snow it felt like I was exerting much more energy. After we got out we pushed the pace once again. We got back to IHS and did the balancing stretching again which felt good. Then I went and did about 20 minutes of abs. Then I did the treadmill analysis which was for about 5 mins or so and it told me how many strides per minute I did but I can't remember what I got now.
