Comments:
Late practice today felt like a normal practice, due to daylight savings. Started out in a bigish group, but eventually shifted from very relaxed to a medium steady run with just Charlie,although we got a bit excited on the hill on the way back and approached the limit of conversational (but didn't cross). We made the decision to go all the way to the entrance to the grounds, as neither of us had been and we wanted the leafy luck for our 3200 tommorow. My foot's feeling completely better, and after a few rough patches, I think I'm finally in the spring track swing of things.
