Comments:
Wove through the neighborhood, spent a little time on the CCT. Had to take a few longish breaks to try and adjust my seemingly bruised foot, which I think is a result of tying my shoes too tight on my long run. The snow on the side of the road proved very useful in making an in-shoe ice pack. Bumped into Karen as I headed home on River, and the conversation definitely got my mind of my foot. Hopefully the bruise will be gone by Wednesday.
