Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Four sets of 8 laps. First set without using legs. Second set without using legs felt a pinched nerve in my shoulder so I stopped early. Third set I swam breaststroke for 300 meters. Last set was free at speed. All three stroke breath count.
