Weather: 57 degrees, 18 mph sw winds

Comments:
Did about a mile warmup, then went into another four miles of Indian Runs, went in the surrounding neighborhoods of school. Last mile was under 6:20! Did pullups, dips, and 3x5 backsquats @ 135,155, and 165! Got to try my new plant protein after the workout, and I feel good so far!
