Comments:
Very pleased with the workout today. I wasn't sure how I would feel since I cross trained every other day last week but I felt pretty good. The four 200's at the end showed me that I still lack a lot of speed though so that's something I need to work on. Went to the gym later in the day and worked on leg strengthening.
