Comments:
Interesting run today. The first mile of today's run was taken out way too fast, roughly 6:12 pace. The next mile was slower, but still 6:20 pace. I decided to slow it down after that, but a mile later my abdomen cramped up badly and had to stop which completely messed up the flow of my run. Might have been because I didn't drink enough before my run, but I'm mad because I felt fairly good today and the run went downhill after I cramped up. Went to the gym later at night and hopped on the bike to make up for the run. Core after
