Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did the same run as yesterday but much faster! I pushed hard the first half hitting about 7 minutes a mile and then was slightly abouve race pace for mile 4! Taking it out hard really worked the lungs! It was something I needed.
Some key notes to point out: I was 8 minutes faster than yesterday. Both splits where the exactly the same and both splits where under 7
