Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did a fartlek workout at Stewart park today.
3 sets of:
4x45 seconds a little over tempo-1:15 just under tempo.
In between sets we did a jog back until the team all started together. Didn't have my watch so paces we guesstimated based on our pace. Mostly ran with Neil and Hunter for the fast paced tempos and Ian and silas caught up for the slower tempo paces. Niall was working and Dan was recovering from injury so they didn't do the workout but would have been with us. Afterwards we headed back to IHS and did some lifting. Bought some new shoes and it was a little uncomfortable breaking them in on the workout.
