Weather: hot, mid 60s, windy as fuck.
Comments:
the wind was killing me today but i felt great nonetheless. my legs felt a little fatigued but no aches or pains in the shins/calves. my breathing was okay but it was hot as fuck and the wind was killing me at the end. felt awesome, overall :)
splits: 9:47, 8:48, 8:53.
extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
