Comments:
Idk if I was supposed to start today or tm but I felt like I needed to be back so I went for a shorter run today. Felt good but I also felt like i needed the break more than I realized. After the run lifted chest and back with Grace. Did some abs. Rolled out my legs. Also noticed that my hamstring and quad aren't bothering me which I'm happy about
