Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Today was supposed to be a recovery day so we only did 5 miles. Pushed the pace a little on the way up and kept it slower on the way down so the pace was consistent. Was a perfect day for a run and I just felt relaxed the entire run. Got back and did a good 15 mins of hard abs. Since a muscle on my leg was nagging a little I rolled thoroughly and after it felt fine. On a totally different topic I need to start getting more sleep.
