Weather: Cold, Windy Then Sunny & Hot

Lap 1
Started off well possible too fast. It was cold.

Lap 2
Started to feel bad at village just after decent from Lheephouse lane. Got stomach pains possible from Powerbar Drink so staryed on water.
Pain in left thigh, stopped took a wee and stretched thigh, felt not too bad afterwards.

Lap 3
Sheephouse Lane was hard. Felt bad until just passed the village after decent. Took on a whole pack of sports beans then felt better 5min later until the end of the ride.
