Comments:
We did a tempo at Halifax. We got through one big loop and one more hill. It was pretty tough, I stayed with the group for the majority of it. Its difficult bc I still feel like I'm coming back from my injury. I don't feel consistently strong yet. Regardless it was a good workout. Happy to go home for spring break and get some good training in! I lifted with Melissa after and tried my first protein shake ever. (Usually don't believe in that)
