Gave myself 90 sec rest between a few of them because admittedly I was tired. I lifted weights a few days ago and for some reason my legs are INSANELY sore, which is weird because I didn't lift that heavy and barely did quads which is the most sore muscle group right now. Either way, I am proud of myself for doing this workout because I had serious doubts That I would carry through with it because it's spring break and I had to do it completely solo. Doing the longest 1k repeat workout I've ever done ALONE? It was intimidating going into it! And admittedly not very fun. It's much easier to run fast when Coach Fife is there holding a stop watch. But I did it! And that's a victory in itself, and one I will take.

I just need to get my eating back on track. This week has been a nonstop sugar fest and I think that also contributed to my overall feeling of lethargy during this workout. Ready to get back to school, eat sensibly, and hopefully lean out a bit!
