Comments:
I ran 7 around my town, which means it was mostly uphill or on some type of incline. I got a cramp early on and stopped to get rid of it. I just felt like I could go faster the entire time but my legs wouldn't move. It was a surprisingly faster pace than I thought. I might take tomorrow off I'm not sure yet. Definitely couldn't breathe last mile. Going to do abs and bands when I catch my breathe
