Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I started the run fast to try to get into some oxygen debt. I worked miles 4 and 5 to about race pace. I feel apart after that but my lungs got the workout. Just 7 days until the race and I am ready except for this congestion in my lungs.
I was reading a book last night and it talked about taking risks =, the only risk I need to take right now is to stop smoking cigarettes!
