Comments:
Today was very much one of those, "Why do I even do this sport?" days. Despite moving at an okay pace for the majority of the run, I got so frustrated with the wind blowing directly against me for 20 minutes and so defeated on the hills that I wanted to scream. Strength work (1:45 planks, leg lifts, clams, 3x30 pushups) was even worse with the planks I've put so much time into feeling just as difficult as the first time. Still, the run had its moments.
