Comments:
Today was a day just to hit the remaining mileage for the week. Didn't have my watch but the mile markers in the park made me aware or my mileage. Since I didn't have a watch I just ran by how I felt. Approximating that I ran 6:35 pace. Lifted earlier in the day.
