Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tried running again today. I went to the track and ran 4 miles at a normal pace. My leg felt fine which is a good start but I'm still gonna be hesitant. Last time I tried running it didn't hurt until the 3rd or 4th run back so I just have to be safe for a few weeks and hope I get past it this time
