Comments:
Long run today. Felt tired after being a little sick over the weekend but happy that I was able to get in my longest run of the season. After a slow start, we picked up the pace and kept it steadily around 7:30 the rest of the run. Long downhill on Connecticut was nice but uphill on Porter around mile 4 was killer. 8 minute abs with Noah after.
