Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Try to go to echo but it was too muddy so I just went to the next hilly places I knew and decided to run there. I felt pretty terrible in the beginning and felt the same throughout the whole way. The worst was halfway through the run since I have to go up hill along with the wind in my face. Went under 6:40 for most of the run. Probably going to do pretty much the same run again since I do not really feel like I got enough hills in.
