Did 375 leg lifts on the right leg, my left leg still looks and feels much stronger though. Then biked for forty minutes, five minutes on lowest resistance level, 30 on level 3, 5 on level 5 ( the resistance felt the same as it would on the bike at school). Felt pretty lonely and tedious without my teammates around and was painfully slow. My lungs didn't struggle at all but legs got tired pretty quickly, my left leg tires out pretty quickly first because it instinctively does more of the work and then I started to feel my right leg get sore as I went on because it was finally working just as hard. Finished off with a set of 1 min planks and 15 plank leg lifts on each side.
