Hilly bike ride. It was windy which made it tougher going up the hills. Core after. Today is the best my leg has felt in a long time. I've decided I'm going to run every other day this week just to ease in and be safe. After that I'll start bumping it up with more days/more miles and hopefully not long before I'm doing workouts and am completely healthy
