AU Workout 6 300s

Comments:
Good workout at AU today with Levi, Sahil and Katherine. I did 6 300s at approx. 800 pace, they stayed for two more. Two minute cool down between each interval. Happy with how I ran, especially with the consistency in my times. Not as hard as Friday's workout, but still tough. Lifted during free and after school.
