Comments:
I woke up with really sore calves from Garett. I ran around my town, and shyed away from some of the hills I usually do. My hip tightened up the last 2.5 miles so I'll do strides another day. The wind tired me out with mile and half to go I pretty much died. I was happy with my pace anyway. I stretched and did core/bands
Splits: 7:41, 7:37, 7:23, 7:46, 7:50
I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for iron/vitamin D.
