Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Sunny but windy
Comments:
Today was a run day! Felt really dehydrated at the start so today was definitely more tough, but I think that is also cause I pushed the pace harder on more of my running intervals than gradually increasing it. I tried to also focus on controlling my breathing both while I was running and more importantly while I was walking too. I also tried to work on my form, keeping my posture straight and swinging my arms, they both seemed to feel good I just have no idea how to compare. Same goes with my aerobic capacity can't tell if it's good or absolutely terrible, currently my biggest concern. Did 50 pushups.
