Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did 6 miles today with future Roadrunner Tommy Stearns on Kinderkamack Road. At the beginning of the run my legs felt a little tight, but 3 miles in they loosened up. Afterwards he was doing 6 200's so I did them with him instead of the 8 100's. Hit decent times on all of them but I was really pushing hard to do so. I'm still lacking a lot of speed so hopefully the weightlifting and increased mileage that I'm doing will help me gain that speed/explosiveness. Worked on abs in the morning.
