Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on the track because I figured it was a good even slightly soft surface. I didn't notice any pain. I think the track is the best place for me to run until I feel I'm over this. Then I'll go in the reservation and on the grass. I would run there now but I want to stay off of anything uneven
