workout wednesday. Not the best, legs feeling a bit sore? still ran 3 thousands pretty well, everything worked out pretty well.
Did some barrier work afterwards and that felt great. Hurdling also was feeling great so thats a big plus. Feeling more excited for friday rather than extreme nervousness. Hopefully thats a good sign. Looking for 10:12 here.
Wanted to get an intro to tapping with coach but she wasn't at our meeting...
good abbs and stretch. Ice baths were closed...
