Cross Train

Had to cross train today. We were in the multipurpose room until like 4:15 and like no coaches showed up nobody really knew what was going on. Cole, Noah, me and the rest of the injured squad went to go cross training in the weight room. I felt like I was on the bike for forever. I was trying to push myself the entire time. I was aiming to keep the pace below 3:30 for the entire time. It actually felt like I was working my legs pretty hard since I was working muscles I don't normally work. After that Me and Simon did some abs. My muscle in my leg didn't hurt at all throughout the biking. The rest of the distance guys went on a 60+ minute run. So I was glad I got a long run in on Sunday.
