Comments:
Good run today. Not the fastest pace but pushed the hills and felt good because of nice weather and getting to run on a trail. Good to get a hilly route in on my last team run before spring break. Ortho tomorrow but hopefully I'll be able to get a run in after and then do some hills Friday before I go skiing and take most of the next week off.
