Comments:
I did bloodwork earlier and was feeling pretty tired from it. I went to old overpeck pack to do the workout. I jumped on the track for mile pickups. I tried to keep a good pace for the rest but after a while I really couldn't. Each pick up was about a 300, some were just under, others were over. I did bands after.
