Weather: 50ish and pleasant

Comments:
Ran with the male distance runners who were at practice. Wove them through AU park (a nice long stretch on Butterworth) and down into the depths of Westmoreland hills. Returned laboriously up to Mass and down Jamestown to visit the totem pole. Back to school via Geico trail and Feseden and River and a side trip up Albemarle St. hill which featured me plwoing through a red light in an effort to catch Berenson and my own athletes (all of whom wisely waited for the cars to go). Alas, sometimes the thought of stopping on a hill is worse than the threat of death by automobile. Spent the next ten minutes sucking air and moving on wobbly legs. Enjoyed a pair of striders on the Freeling track and a peppy talk to the boys.
