Comments:
Did 5 today cause the weather was terrible so I'll do an extra mile on Sunday to make up for it. Legs were sore the first mile but after that I was cruising. Wanted to run based on how I felt so I didn't look at the pace at all. Put my spikes on afterwards and did some 100's. I was pushing hard on all of them to really work on my speed. Lifting later.
