Comments:
wore a long sleeve but it was too hot for that. nice run today. i had a horrible week so it was nice to just get my mind off things. legs felt a little tired and breathing was okay. overall, good run.
splits: 9:49, 8:35, 9:21.
extra: 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
