Comments:
Another easy 10k. I picked up the pace and did some intervals with some shorter stride rest period. Legs are still a little tired. 37 hours until the race starts. Now is the time!! The time to focus and stay hydrated and well nourished and well rested. With some good stretching and lots of hydration my legs should be recovered fully by sunday morning!
