Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did our usual warmup around the track then jogged over to Stewart. I was able to run half of the workout and felt good after the first half with no pain but Coach didn't want me to do the rest which was probably smart since I shouldn't push it. Me and James Guidi did some laps around Stewart when everyone else was finishing up the workout. I feel like I'm recovering from the injury very quickly which is a good sign. Workout was: 2x90sec with 90 sec float recovery the
4x60 sec with 60 second float recovery. The rest of the guys also did 4x30 sec and 4x15 sec. Distances were estimated by pace. Afterwards I lifted.
