Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I will give a list of positives and negatives
1. I did 2 miles of the workout and it was bad, nowhere close to pace, and I was tired from the start.
2. I am still healthy, and I got a long cool down in. Because I was at Newark Academy, I had to run some huge hills to get back home.
3. I am in great aerobic shape, but not too good anaerobic shape. Good to know what I need to work on.
