Long Run

Comments:
Ran in the Saddle Brook Park today for my long run. Initially my goal for my run today was around 6:20-6:25 pace. I got a little excited the first mile and hit 6:10. The next two miles I hit 6:04 and 5:58. I thought I was getting a little ahead of myself and was afraid I would fatigue quickly but I decided to take a risk and just go with it. The rest of the run went 5:56, 6:02, 6:08, 6:05, 6:15, 6:14, 6:12. Started to slow down the last half of the run but overall I'm very pleased. My goal is to do 10 miles under an hour so that's something I will work at. Satisfied with the progress I'm making.
