Comments:
Epic adventure with the distance guys on day 2 of W&L invite. on the way back Benny D and I dropped a couple 6:50s but they still felt pretty decent. Ice bath helped last night I'm sure. Feeling alright after yesterday, excited for things to come for the first time in awhile. legs feeling it on the uphills a bit but that's kind of expected I think.
