Comments:
Pretty painful today. At a scale 5. Wanted to run 9 to hit 45 miles this week but pain was too much. Had to turn back at 3 miles. I felt great cardio wise, but pushing the pace and lengthening runs causes my shin to increase dramatically in pain, start limping, and compensate on my right leg causing a breakdown in form.
