Workout good / crappy injury

Comments:
Ran two 5 min on 1 min offs. Was supposed to reach 8/10 effort for the two reps. After that, i went on the track and did four 300s in trainers. Ran 52,52,52,53. Exhausting workout and injury hurt. Started with a 4, and ended workout with a 6 pain. Solid workout crappy injury feeling.
