Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Started off at level 5, every 8 minutes I moved up a level. I split the last 5 to be level 10 & 11. RPMS 85-95. Pain was a 3-4 before I started and after was 5-6. Just frustrated.
Meg did stim and ice. She agreed with Linda that it's my SI joint. She said I can do light stuff for a couple days or just rest because my back is so inflamed. I might jump in the pool for a half hour if it doesn't hurt.
