Comments:
Felt really good actually. Really encouraging tempo. 3.5 miles at 5:44 pace. Had to stop at 3.5 for bowel issues :/ its probably the new meds, I might slowly stop taking them.
3x400 at the track at 5k pace, we got a bit faster as they wore on.
sleds + lift day 1. Long freaking day at veale, missed fribley which is really frustrating.
stretch. wanted to ice bath but thats closed this late
