St. James Workout

I woke up at 7:00 am (3:00 am in DC) to do 8x50 second sprints in St. James Park with 1 minute recovery for each. Since I was a little pressed for time I did an abridged warmup and eight striders on the St. James Green. I also don't have time to do the workout tomorrow since we are going to Stonehenge for the day, so I did it today. I will try to do the shorter steady run tomorrow. I feel like I was consistent pacing-wise for each 50 second sprint, and I was able to use the entire park since there were not as many people as there were on Sunday. Overall, it felt good, but I wish the weather was a little nicer. I am really starting to feel the progress in my training.
