Treadmill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was initially going to go upstairs in the building to bike, but my knee was feeling better than it had last night, so I decided last minute to just run on the treadmill. I did a mildly hilly course, but it was pretty relaxed for most of it. I have to say, it's kind of nice once in a while to set a pace and just zone out for a bit and look out the windows.

Weights:
3x chest press
3x hamstring curls,
4x the suspended leg swing thing for the lower abs (I still don't know what those are called), 15 high knee then full extension per set
3x15 Squats
3x60 arm swings (2.5 lbs)
The gym didn't have any of the other equipment in the circuit, and I was pressed for time

Strength:
Planks (1:10)
Leg lifts (20)
Supermen (25)
Clams (30)
Planks felt horrible after the upper body weights, so I cut them a bit short to maintain good form the whole time)

Knee was hurting more after the run, so I cut out striders and did a long stretch and iced)
