Eastbound and Down

Have to leave Boston for Sea Island this morning to head to the airport but my brother had early practice so I woke up at the same time as him and ran in his dorm's weight room while he was at practice. My left hip hurt more than anything and if anything I was limping on my left leg not my right, possibly psychological trying to avoid injury or its just starting to get tired from doing more work early on in my rehab process. I increased the speed on the treadmill during each run interval (7.0,7.5,8.0,8.5,9.0,9.5--even got to 10.0 for the last 1:30 on the last interval) and lost track of time a few times but I felt great! Knee felt great! didn't feel out of breath really, started to get tiring a little in the last two intervals but never felt like I couldn't make it, which gives me hope, but still who knows what kind of shape I am in. We shall see soon enough hopefully because I really need to get a hair cut.
