Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran around potters field with Zac finishing the last mile on the track. Linda told me to get my arch wrapped by the trainer to prevent overpronation which is likely bothering by leg. I did and it seemed to help a lot. No pain on the run and I liked the way the wrap felt. I'm going to do that for a while now and see how it goes. Ice bath after and will do core and bands later
